My Process
1.Fill out the form
I will send you a form with a few questions that helps me secure the important information about your wedding or special/occasion event. This information will help me understand the vision in mind for your photos or video production and ensure that everything flows seamlessly :)
2.Call or video chat
*Optional* meeting via phone call or google meet/teams to further confirm essential details and answer any remaining questions. We can set this up through calendly. This is also a great opportunity for me to learn about you and establish a personable client relation before moving forward.
3.Contract and payment/payment plan
A contract will be sent to you for review along with your bespoke quote and secure payment options/payment link. This will secure your booking!!
4.Follow up meeting and event day!
I will send you a link for a follow up meeting closer to the date of service. During this time we will review the plan and this will serve as a follow up space for any further questions. On wedding day or during the special event/occasion, I will serve as a calm and friendly photographer or videographer :). I will guide you through the process and ensure that we achieve the planned vision for your beautiful photos and/or video.
5.Photo/ Video Delivery
Photography Services
- Sneak Peeks: You will receive a few sneak peek photos within one week of your wedding or special occasion.
- Full Gallery: The complete photo gallery will be delivered within 4 to 8 weeks via Pixieset.
- Hosting & Storage: Your digital gallery will be secure and downloadable on my website for two years. Additionally, I will keep highlights from your photoshoot for life.
Videography Services
- Delivery: Your video will be delivered within 8-12 weeks via a Vidflow link, allowing you to easily view and download it for keepsakes. The video will be compatible for display across various platforms.
- Hosting & Storage: Your video will be saved on Vidflow for two years to ensure you have plenty of time to download your own copy. I will also keep highlights from your video project for life.
